About Miss Chey

Hey There! I'm Chey, your go-to Early Childhood Professional. Since diving into this field in 2011, I've dedicated myself to not just being a part of the industry but actively shaping it for the better. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats - from educating, managing, and consulting for services throughout Australia. But, what I’m most proud of? It’s those moments when a centre I’ve worked with exceeds expectations, literally. Achieving ‘Exceeding’ ratings is always a highlight!

At Divergent Education, we're all about breaking the mould and introducing innovative solutions to the challenges we face in our sector. Whether it's through tackling high staff turnover, boosting compliance, or enhancing educational outcomes, I've been there, done that, and am eager to share this wealth of knowledge with you.

I’m all about diving deep into the challenges Early Childhood Centres face and coming up with nifty solutions that really work. Customising solutions to fit each unique scenario is my jam, ensuring that every centre I touch turns into a place where children and families feel safe, supported, and super excited about learning.
